Do you clean after hours?

Yes — that's our whole model. We come in after your team leaves so your building is ready to open the next morning without disrupting a single meeting. Standard hours are Mon–Thu 2pm–12am and Fri 3pm–12am.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully licensed and fully insured. We're also BBB accredited with an A rating and zero complaints, and we hold a 5.0 rating on HomeAdvisor. The risk of anything happening on the job stays with us, not with you.

How do estimates work?

We come to your space, walk it with you, ask what you need, and quote a real number based on what we actually see. It's free, it's on-site, and there's no obligation to move forward. If we're a fit, we start. If we're not, no problem.

What if my current cleaner has been inconsistent?

You wouldn't be the first business to switch to us for that reason. The reason our customers stay isn't a first-week performance — it's the twelfth month looking exactly like the first. We show up and do what we say we're going to do.

Offices, clinics, salons, spas, gyms, and other high-traffic commercial spaces. If your building is used by employees, patients, or clients on a daily basis, we've probably cleaned somewhere similar.

Do I need a long-term contract?

No long contracts. We work month to month with most customers because the way to keep a cleaning company is to keep earning it, not to lock you in.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes — we bring our own supplies and equipment as part of the standard quote. If you have specific products you want us to use (fragrance-free, EPA-registered for a clinical space, etc.), just tell us during the estimate.
